Quality and Safety Tests
The high-quality standards of the production are ensured by a "barrier" control system we developed, which tracks the production process step by step from A to Z. Only if and when each semi-finished product complies to the quality tests of each phase, its production can continue to the next step.
Not only operators are in constant control of the production status, our products undergo numerous mechanical tests too. For example, night curtains are subjected to over 7000 opening and closing cycles (equivalent to over 15 years of regular product use) to verify the functionality of springs (wear resistance, torsion resistance, and relaxation resistance), as well as other mechanical components. Mosquito nets, on the other hand, are tested through wear tests on the mesh and wind resistance tests.
